As our energy bars are perishable, we do not accept returns on mail order products.  If you experience a problem, please contact us .  Remember, we reccomend freezing your energy bars upon receipt in order to maintain their freshness. 

If you purchased our bars in a retail store and are dissatisfied for some other reason, please contact us.

We want to know about any quality related issues.
