We would love for everyone to be able to enjoy our energy bars.  Special orders are sometimes possible, such as diabetic or vegan energy bars.  Contact us if you are interested in a special order.

The following ingredients are contained in our bars and may cause allergic reactions:
  • Apricots: Some people have been found to have an allergic reaction to sulfites, which are found in apricots.  It is what gives them their orange coloring.
  • Dairy: We use non-fat dry milk, egg whites, and yogurt in our bars.
  • Soy: The main base in our bars is soy flour
  • Gluten: Our bars have no added gluten, however there is naturally occuring oat gluten in the rolled oats that we use.  Some people with ciliac disease may be able to enjoy our bars, depending which gluten you are allergic to.
  • Nuts: All of our energy bars are produced on the same equipment.  As a couple of our flavors contain nuts, there is a possibility that your bars will contain traces of nuts.
* This is a list of all allergens we are aware of.  If you are allergic to something else in our bars, please let us know.

Our Production Runs
At Eddie's, we produce up to four flavors a day.  If we are producing an energy bar that contains nuts, it will be produced at the end of the production run.

Eddie's Beautiful Bakery Policy
We pride ourselves on producing our energy bars in a very clean bakery.  At the end of each production run, everything is cleaned until it sparkles.  Our bakery is inspected by the Vermont Department of Health on a yearly basis.
