Rates, Services, and Transit Time We provide you with United States Postal Service rates live from their server that are based on product weights.  Most customers select priority shipping.  If you would like your energy bars at your home or office faster, that is also possible.  In general, shipping takes 2-3 days with priority shipping from our Vermont Bakery.  We ship Monday through Wednesday (sometimes Thursday if you live in New England).  We will let you know when your purchase will be shipped after the weekend. Tracking your Shipment As of now, we are able to let you know when your order has been received, and when it has been shipped.  After we send you a shipping confirmation, it generally takes 2-3 days to receive your energy bars. International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally.  That includes Canada, too.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
